Atlanta Budokan
A traditional Japanese martial arts dojo teaching to people of good character. We have programs to fit every lifestyle, age and desired skill level including:
v Aiki – Jujutsu: The traditional, comprehensive, martial combat system of the Samurai. The first Mixed Martial Art. Separate adult and children’s programs. No pre-arranged kata or competitions.
v Shinkendo: The traditional, comprehensive study of Japanese swordsmanship. Single and dual sword. Practice includes live test cutting of straw targets. For ages 13 and up only.
v Fitness Kickboxing: Cardio, toning, shaping, stretching, core synergistics, and practical everyday fighting skills. For all ages and fitness levels.
v Women’s Self Defense: Intense and directed specifically for women, this is a no-nonsense course to arm you and teach you how to not be a victim. We have an extensive list of clients and experience.
v Summer Camps For Kids: Some of the most fun and action packed camps for kids during summer. Martial arts, archery, movies, arts and crafts, games, and day trips with hiking at our 16 acre lake facility.
v After School Martial Arts Program: Coming in Fall of 2008, our after school program will include supervised homework time, free play time, and martial arts classes.
v Executive and Personal Self Defense: Private or group based training in all aspects of self defense or in one specific area. Hand to hand, weapons, cane, strategy, directing security, as intense as you want to go.
v Firearms Training: Specifics of responsible and effective operation, as basic or advanced as you want to go. Range time and materials provided or bring your own.
v Private Lessons: We can custom tailor a program specifically for you and you alone.
