Our curriculum consists of arresting style techniques, grappling, weapons, and vital point striking while integrating modern self-defense applications. Aiki-Jujutsu is the precursor to Aikido, Judo and Jiu-jitsu.

The traditional, comprehensive study of Japanese swordsmanship. This system incorporates all aspects of sword study:
• Suburi (swinging methods)
• Battoho (drawing methods)
• Tanren Kata (solo forms)
• Tachiuchi (sparring) and
• Tameshigiri (target cutting)
Single and dual sword.
Practice includes live test cutting of straw targets and bamboo.
For ages 13 and up only.
Atlanta Budokan is an associate branch of Alliance Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, a globally elite Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) training program under legendary head instructor Romero “Jacare’ ” Cavalcanti. Alliance is a 7x winner of the prestigious IBJJF Team World Championships (1998, 1999, 2008 - 2013).
A complete children’s martial arts curriculum with an emphasis on the development of self-confidence, mutual respect and the development of social skills. Exercises include body movements, gross motor skills, basic striking, partner work and ground grappling. The joint locks of adult aiki-jujutsu are not a part of our children’s curriculum. For ages 4-12.
