Martial Arts at Atlanta BudokanAtlanta Budokan is a traditional Japanese martial arts dojo and self-defense academy teaching to men, women and children of good character. With locations in Acworth and Smyrna, we have programs to fit every lifestyle, age and desired skill level including:  | Aiki – Jujutsu The traditional, comprehensive, martial combat system of the Samurai. The first Mixed Martial Art. At Atlanta Budokan this is taught as a complete martial art. Aikido and jujutsu are not pulled out and taught as independant curriculum. Separate adult and children’s programs. No pre-arranged kata or competitions. |

| Shinkendo The traditional, comprehensive study of Japanese swordsmanship. Single and dual sword. Practice includes live test cutting of straw targets. For ages 13 and up only. |
 | Fitness Kickboxing Cardio, toning, shaping, stretching, core synergistics, and practical everyday fighting skills. For all ages and fitness levels. |
 | Women’s Self-Defense Intense and directed specifically for women, this is a no-nonsense course to arm you and teach you how to not be a victim. We have an extensive list of clients and experience. |
 | Corporate / Employer Self-Defense Seminars and Training Atlanta Budokan works closely with a wide range of entities including: large and small employers, churches, schools, government agencies and various other organizations. Training can be done onsite for groups of any size. |
 | Summer Camps For Kids Some of the most fun and action packed camps for kids during summer. Martial arts, archery, movies, arts and crafts, games, and day trips with hiking at our 16 acre lake facility. |
 | Firearms Training Specifics of responsible and effective operation, as basic or advanced as you want to go. Range time and materials provided or bring your own. |
